Is Christmas Modern Paganism?

Written by Alberta Parish

As the country is nearing its annual harvest festivals including ancient pagan rituals in the upcoming Samhain (i.e., Halloween/All Hallows' Eve), Thanksgiving, and Saturnalia (i.e., Christmas), I couldn't help but to reflect on many people right now struggling just to afford rent/mortgage, and utilities in the United States of America. Many people can't really afford their grocery bills, and yet they will spend thousands of dollars, and go into credit debt to worship idols, and profane the Holy God who is against these idols. If you tell most Christians in the U.S. who celebrate Christmas that they are participating in idol worship, they will become highly upset with you. Then, they'll try and reason with you to justify why Christmas is a good thing, and that Jesus Christ was born on December 25th. They will tell you that Christmas is a celebration of the birth of Christ, and many of them truly believe that. The date of December of 25 is a celebration of the rebirth of the sun, which was a common practice throughout ancient cultures, as they were worshipers of the sun god. This sun god took many forms from ancient Egypt to Babylon. Also, Persia, Greece, and Rome. This sun god was not Jesus because Jesus is the true God. He is the Lord of lords, and King of kings, and is over all the kings of the earth.  The Egyptians, Babylonians, Persians, Greeks, and Romans worshipped astral deities, which included the worship of the sun, moon, and the host of heaven. The ancient cultures also worshipped living trees๐ŸŒฒ as they regarded them as sacred objects. The Christmas tree is a sacred object in modern paganism, as it is in worship to the sun god. Today, living trees are used in modern witchcraft, in the Wiccan religion, and other pagan religions. Modern witches use living trees to manipulate familiar/evil spirits into the object of their worship. Also, graven images of various statues and idols are also used to manipulate demons into the statues/idols themselves. This is a result of a people whose trust is not in the Lord, and who doesn't want Jesus because they'd have to give up their sins. The modern witches, and other regular every day citizens today don't want Christ, the true God. Therefore, they have turned to other gods being completely deceived by them. Those other gods are the demons that they worship. You won't have power in Hell with them no matter what they have promised you.

Tammuz, who was worshipped in the ancient Levant region by the Israelites, and other nations surrounding Judah & Israel, was born on December 25. Not Jesus. In fact, there's no ancient writing mentioning that Jesus was born on December 25. But there are ancient writings regarding Tammuz's birthdate on December 25. The ancient Israelites also worshipped the "asherim" pole, an ancient wooden object/statue of a fertility goddess known as Asherah, which had been cut out of a living tree. The Hebrew word for "asherim" is groves. The prophet Jeremiah, who prophesied decades before the Neo-Babylonians under King Nebuchadnezzar invaded Israel and Judah, had written that even their children remembered their altars and their groves (asherim poles) by the green trees upon the high hills. The Israelite children had in their collective memories the worship of Asherah upon the high hills next to their altars. The asherim pole was by the green trees. The green trees were also objects of worship. The Asherah pole was carved/shaped out of a living tree, and worshipped on hilltops and the tops of mountains under every green tree, and placed next to an altar where they burned incense. They also sacrificed animals and babies/little children upon these altars. Baal was worshipped as a fertility god in the ancient Levant region, and is associated with not only child sacrifice but also sexual immorality. These fertility gods/goddesses required sex rituals to be performed in their worship. Today is a repeat of yester years with the yearly celebrations happening behind walls of palaces and temples where there are rituals of sexual immorality and child sacrifice being performed. These ancient deities require CHILD SACRIFICE! Today, child sacrifice continues. These idolatrous/false gods were known by various names throughout ancient cultures. Baal was the name of the fertility god in the Levant region while Bel was the name of the fertility god worshipped in Babylon. Asherah was the fertility goddess in the Levant region while Astarte was the name of the fertility goddess in Babylon. Ashtoreth is another variation of Asherah. The astral deities also have different names, and variations of names throughout the ancient cultures. But they all are the names of demons, and fallen angels like Beelzebub, Baphomet, etc. The "living tree" ๐ŸŒฒ worship today is in the form of the Christmas ๐ŸŽ„ in the Western world. The Christmas ๐ŸŽ„ may be made of non-living material, and not a "living" evergreen ๐ŸŒฒ but it is still an idol. Anyone who participates in Christmas is indeed worshipping idolatrous gods whether they know it or not. And just because you don't know something doesn't mean there aren't eternal consequences. Yule, Saturnalia, and ancient harvest festivals like today's American Thanksgiving ๐Ÿฆƒ involves pagan rituals. And the God of the whole universe is not included in any of it. Because the Lord, my God, is to be worshipped alone. He is the Lord of lords, and King of kings who is sovereign above all the kings of the earth. What is syncretism? It is when people mix two or more religions to create a new way of worship. Christmas is the mixing of ancient paganism with the worship of the Lord Jesus. This is not only an abomination, but it is a profaning of the Holy God.

Christians, look up, and lift up your heads. For our redemption draweth nigh. These are the latter times, and all things that are written must be fulfilled.

Jesus is coming!

The Indiana Fever matchup with the Atlanta Dream was a statement game by Angel Reese

Angel Reese after her
thousandth rebound
and scoring

By Alberta Parish

In the 3rd matchup of the season on Saturday, the Indiana Fever faced off against the Atlanta Dream in State Farm Arena where Angel Reese became the fastest player to reach one thousand rebounds in her professional career.

South Carolina's head coach Dawn Staley was joined by associate head coach Lisa Boyer at the game to cheer on their Gamecocks players, which also included Fever rookie guard Raven Johnson who is from Atlanta.

Reese who led the Dream with 21 points and 11 rebounds on Thursday entered today's matchup with an energy that lit up her team, as the Dream secured the win, 113-96. This is the highest points scored by the Dream this season, which also set a franchise record.

Caitlin Clark, who came out firing from all cylinders in the first half, had a lackluster performance in the 3rd quarter, as she turned the ball over five times, which led to instant offense by the Dream, ending the 3rd quarter with a 10-point lead.

Jordin Canada's defense on Clark led to turnovers and instant offense on the other end of the floor, as Clark was held to 8 points and 0 assists in the 3rd quarter. Clark, who was efficient in the first half, looked very inefficient in the 2nd half of the game. Offensive rebounds by Reese turned the momentum. Kelsey Mitchell's missed layups, and a block by Reese as Mitchell drove to the basket put the icing on the cake.

Clark, having 7 turnovers in today's game, ended with 26 points, 7 assists, and 3 rebounds. Aliyah Boston, 13 points, 6 assists, and 9 rebounds. Mitchell, 16 points, 3 assists, and 3 rebounds.

Rhyne Howard, 24 points, 3 assists, and 4 rebounds. Allisha Gray, 22 points, 1 assist, and 5 rebounds. Reese, 18 points, 8 rebounds, 1 block, 2 steals, and 1 assist.

Angel Reese

By Alberta Parish

Amazing how all of a sudden Jason Whitlock, Shannon Sharpe and others in the mainstream media have now changed their tune regarding Angel Reese and the true impact she is having on the WNBA not only a dominant scorer but also one of the greatest defensive players in the game today.

Angel Reese, an NCAA champion from LSU, has been having a monster season with her new team, the Atlanta Dream after having spent two seasons in Chicago where she also dominated putting up multiple double-double games with the Sky organization even in the midst of constant criticism from the Chicago media and social media, many of whom hated Reese due to the famous ring finger gesture she gave her college rival Caitlin Clark after she and LSU clinched the 2023 national title.

As an Atlanta native, I am truly proud of her, and her very presence in this city brings a sense of pride, considering the many failures by our local government officials, many of whom have aligned themselves with the policies of the President.

I was there from the very beginning of the social media narratives that were endlessly against Angel Reese not only in her final year with LSU but also after she entered the WNBA. Clark vs. Reese was constant social media fodder, which always painted Reese in a negative light and Clark in a positive one.

As ESPN commentators & sports analysts like Stephen A. Smith and others repetitively leaned into the social media narratives that seemed to drive the headlines a lot more back then, I remember the false narratives that permeated the league, and engulfed players that never even made headline news.

But as time reveals all things, people are now drawing comparisons, and they're seeing the truth not only of Reese's game but also Caitlin Clark's. One player dominates the league in scoring and defensive plays whenever the referees aren't throwing games, and the other who seems to have lost her shooting touch spends time stat padding during games where she also puts up poor defensive performances on a nightly basis while throwing temper tantrums at officials, her coach Stephanie White, and teammates.

Caitlin Clark's on-court antics have become legendary, as there are countless viral moments that highlights her petty and poor attitude displayed on a routinely basis.

Angel Reese, who is no stranger to viral moments, was traded by the Chicago Sky before the start of the 2026 season. Jeff Pagliocca, the Chicago Sky's General Manager, fired one-year head coach Teresa Weatherspoon before the start of the 2025 season, and hired Tyler Marsh who was an assistant coach for the Las Vegas Aces. The Chicago media further made matters worse with the hit pieces against Reese, whom the team also blamed for locker room issues. But what beat writers like Annie Costabile and others didn't say was Reese did not believe the way the team was constructed that they'd be actual championship contenders anytime soon. She wanted a better constructed roster to give the Sky a better chance at competing for a championship.

Reese's brand has become bigger than Caitlin Clark's not only due to Reese's dominance on the court but also due to her winning performances, personality, and leadership both on and off the court. But die-hard fans of Clark, some of whom are also content creators, will never tell you the truth, not only about Reese's game but also Clark's waning popularity, and lack of dominance on the court. Not only has Indiana Fever ticket sales dipped but Clark's having trouble selling out home games since the start of this season. Clark, who is tauted as the needle mover, is having problems selling out arenas! Now, that is a narrative many Clark fans and supporters won't write or talk about. That is the real story. Caitlin Clark is failing to sell out arenas due to waning popularity!

The machine put their money behind Clark's ability to not only sell out arenas but also keep the money rolling in through television advertisements, ratings, social media, and mainstream headlines. But if the public sees consistently a petulant, spoiled athlete who doesn't dominate the game through her play but consistently whines to officials and berates them, what long-term impact will this have on the product? People ultimately wants to see a winner. A'ja Wilson winning championships is the brand. Breanna Stewart winning championships is the best marketing strategy for her brand.

The WNBA and Cathy Engelbert knows Angel Reese has become bigger than the league. But they don't want to see another A'ja Wilson as the face of the league because they have been put all their investments behind ensuring Caitlin Clark becomes the new face of the league. The problem is Caitlin's not a winner like Wilson, Reese, Stewart, or Sabrina Ionescu. She has failed to live up to the hype of a number one overall draft pick.

Clark, who is the NCAA all-time leading scorer for the University of Iowa, has failed to dominate the league. Meanwhile, Angel Reese, whom critics like Jason Whitlock have repeatedly said was failing to make layups and is the worst player in the league, are now switching sides to praise Reese after her dominant win against the Indiana Fever Thursday night on prime time. And it just looks disingenuous at this point. It reeks of him having gotten the memo by the bosses because perhaps, they're seeing the value in Reese. Perhaps, it could be financially beneficial for him in some way to support Reese while moving away from the Caitlin Clark brand. But stay over there on that side, Jason! Reese doesn't need you now, and neither does her brand. Neither does Clark care about any of you! Stay over there on that side because we all know that's where you want to be.

Clark's fanbase has increased your pockets, and made you a household name. A lot of Reese's fans waited for you, Jason, to speak the truth. You blew so many opportunities to speak the truth about the real Angel Reese being a dominant player in the league but you chose the Caitlin Clark fans' narratives. You chose to relinquish your integrity for the fake narratives coming from Clark's fanbase. Many of them don't really know women's basketball, as they've never watched the WNBA prior to Caitlin Clark.

Caitlin Clark content creators are not even taken seriously anymore. In fact, players and coaches around the league are quietly purging them from their spaces.

Scott Agness, a long-time independent Fever/Pacers beat writer, had his press credentials revoked by the team on May 21. Other beat writers like Annie Costabile and James Boyd who cover the Fever are employed by the Athletic. But Agness was an independent journalist. I won't be surprised if the league starts to go after accounts/channels who report malicious and blatantly false information like many Caitlin Clark content creators.

Apparently, Scott Agness was seen as no different than a regular content creator on social media!

June 9, 2026

By Alberta Parish

When I was blocked on social media X by Caitlin Clark over a year ago, her fans and those within the Fever organization itself laughed at my expense. With one click of a button, I was no longer a relevant fan of Caitlin Clark, was ostracized by her racist fans, and slandered as a stalker. But unlike Scott Agness, I never had the privileges he enjoyed as a credentialed beat writer for the Fever, and having full access to the team. Perhaps, the team saw me only as an overzealous fan of Clark who was trying to build my platform off her fandom and name.

As a former die-hard fan of Caitlin, I sang her praises with each logo shot and bullet pass, as she seemed flawless in threading the needle. Then, when she entered the WNBA, I defended her against known and unknown enemies even though I did not know the full story, or the circumstances involved. Chaos and trouble seems to follow Clark, as she likes to play the victim in each situation. However, in her 3rd season with the Fever, Clark is no longer believable as the victim. Only as the main perpetuator. She's no longer believable by many of her own fans. Her star has dimmed. And now, insiders within the Fever organization are talking to the press like Dan Dakich, and spilling the tea on Clark's attitude and behavior. They've had enough of Clark, and so have many of her longtime fans.

While at Iowa, Clark's on-court antics are well-known, and some of her former teammates suffered in silence putting up with her entitled and spoiled behavior. Then, the Fever inherited the problem.

Longtime die-hard fans of Clark did nothing to curb her horrible behavior in Iowa. New fans of Clark continue to make excuses for her while she is openly having mental meltdowns on the court, screaming in the face of referees, and blowing up on the sidelines at her coach Stephanie White and assistant coach Briann January.

The truth is necessary in this moment. Because Caitlin Clark needs to hear the truth. She doesn't need fans and the media continuing to coddle her and excuse her horrible behavior whether on the court or off the court.

I don't care about the logo buzzer beater against the Washington Mystics on June 8, 2026. Will Clark's behavior change for the better or get worse in each situation she lands herself in? Whether she remains a Fever next season or is traded to another team, she still has to grow up.

Clark's rude behavior whether to staff members or players will not be tolerated in another organization. She has to do the work to change what type of person she will become moving forward. Right now, the person vs. the player is all one and the same. If she's an asshole on the court, she is also one off the court.

Scott Agness should never have lost his credentials as a longtime reporter for the Pacers/Fever. If Caitlin Clark had spoken up for Agness, maybe he would not have had his credentials revoked. Do you know how painful it is to build these relationships within an organization only for that organization to give you the middle finger as if that tenure doesn't mean something? Apparently, Agness wasn't treated with the same kind of respect a journalist from a reputable organization like Fox Sports or ESPN is treated. What a shame?

Is Caitlin Clark exactly what Dan Dakich quoted from insiders close to the Fever organization?

By Alberta Parish

As a former die-hard fan of Caitlin Clark who once really admired her, I have to say that Clark has become a major problem in her organization. Her on-court antics have recently come under fire in the media, as she has shown a consistent lack of leadership whether she's scoring the ball, or sitting on the bench during huddles.

Recently, Clark came under fire for her sideline altercation with her coach, Stephanie White. Just weeks prior, Clark was also seen having a moment with assistant coach Briann January while Clark appeared visibly upset with her. However, this was not their only sideline spat. During the 2025 season, while Clark sat out the season due to injuries, she was seen on the sidelines with Sophie Cunningham as they appeared annoyed with January for asking them to sit down.

Briann January, a former defensive juggernaut and WNBA champion with the Indiana Fever, was trying to keep the team from getting a technical foul. That is her job. This raised flags among a lot of fans. But during that time, there was no ESPN story talking about it. The press mainly ignored a lot of Clark's antics. That is, until now.

Clark, once hailed as the savior of the WNBA, has recently been called out by members of the press including Dan Dakich, who has close ties to insiders within the Fever organization. Dakich, a former Indiana Hoosier who also served as an assistant coach, took to his podcast Don't @ Me with Dan Dakich, and pretty harshly called out Clark for her antics, her behavior, and stated there are sources whom he quoted stating that Clark's "a pain in the a$$ diva", and that Stephanie White thinks she's an absolute menace who knows Clark got Christie Sides fired.

Most recently Scott Agness had his Fever press credentials revoked for the spread of "inaccurate and unsubstantiated" information regarding Clark's injury prior to the Portland Fire vs. Fever game on May 20. The Fever beat the Portland Fire, 90-73 without Clark in the lineup.

Agness's dismissal has also come under heavy scrutiny by fans and critics alike, as the Fever continues to stand by their decision.

If I were an independent journalist covering the WNBA, I would be pissed looking at this story. I don't see how Chloe Peterson, James Boyd, and others are really going to feel completely comfortable covering Caitlin Clark and the Fever.

As a former fan, I am appalled at some of the things I've learned about Clark's behavior behind the scenes, and when the cameras aren't watching.

The Fever organization has a tough decision to make in the weeks and possibly months ahead. Do they want to keep this player who has brought more eyes and national coverage to the franchise and the league? Or cut their losses? And go back to 4,000 fans in the stands? I don't really think this relationship between the Front Office and Caitlin Clark is salvageable. But then, what do I know? I'm just a regular women's basketball fan.

Clark recently took a veiled shot at people whom could be concluded to be those who watch the game, are genuine women's basketball fans, her fans, and those who cover the game saying, "People that just sit on their phones all day, they don't see those moments... But they think they know everything, and in reality, they don't have a clue."

Clark, who has come across to many fans and critics alike as a petulant, oafish, and spoiled brat doesn't seem to take public criticism very well these days. But as all egotistical athletes believe that everyone should praise them, you have to be ready for public scrutiny when you show up your coaches on the sidelines during games. You know those cameras are there, Caitlin! So, be ready to take the bitter with the sweet when you operate in an unprofessional manner while the cameras are watching.

I don't think Scott Agness deserved such an overreactionary response to getting his Fever credentials revoked for reporting information he claims to have received directly from a credible source. Should the Fever also ban all independent journalists then? While you're at it, ban social media content creators, also. Problem solved. As long as social media exists, those stories will be written whether you like them or not. Blasting social media and fans who happen to be content creators as well is not going to make you a better person or human being, Caitlin! You remind me of the President. And I don't like it.

Will Caitlin Clark remain in Indiana?

Has Caitlin Clark become unmanageable by the Fever Front Office?

I don't think Scott Agness deserved such an overreactionary response to getting his Fever credentials revoked for reporting information he claims to have received directly from a credible source. Should the Fever also ban all independent journalists then? While you're at it, ban social media content creators, also. Problem solved. As long as social media exists, those stories will be written whether you like them or not. Blasting social media and fans who happen to be content creators as well is not going to make you a better person or human being, Caitlin! You remind me of Donald Trump. And I don't like it.

Wall Street Journal Article Alleges Caitlin Clark's Civil Rights May Have Been Violated

Written by Alberta Parish

A former White House adviser who worked for the Trump administration has recently penned a piece in the Wall Street Journal urging an investigation into the possible civil rights' violation of Indiana Fever's star guard Caitlin Clark, alleging that she has been the target of harassment and a hostile work environment through excessive fouling, targeting, and hostile comments from players and owners. The article is a good indicator that not only are black players under attack or threat of federal civil rights' violations probes before Congress, but the grounds gained in CBA negotiations could easily disintegrate leading to an immiment lockout by WNBA owners in the 2026 season.

At this point, every black American living in the United States knows that we are under a Trump regime who has an agenda to wipe out black history, the Department of Education, Medicaid, and multiple other government-funded programs designed to help the poor no matter the skin color. Much of the federal spending cuts have negatively impacted white Americans at a much higher rate than other groups. Additionally, there is rising inflation in the price of groceries, gas, medicine, and household goods.

While the Trump administration continues to bully the American people with rising inflation, federal spending cuts and the obliteration of black landmarks, Sean McLean chose to spend his time issuing a referendum to WNBA players (mainly the black players) telling them that you have possibly violated Ms. Clark's civil rights, and the Department of Justice may have enough evidence to hold you liability for creating a hostile work environment for Caitlin Clark. While the country is in a political and social upheaval, McLean chose to spend what little time he has messing with women in the W about an exaggerated hostile work environment for Clark.

Should Clark ever become politicized by the Trump administration, it will possibly be the last nail driven in the coffin to shut the lid on the WNBA. I don't think the league will survive four years of the Department of Justice raining down hell's fury over exaggerated claims that a white player is being targeted due to her race. And if the league by some chance do survive, and change the rules to allow Caitlin Clark to not be defended on or off the ball, then what is good for the goose is also good for the gander. Furthermore, multiple other players can also claim their civil rights have been violated by false accusations of racism, which led to a hostile work environment as well as online threats from her fans.

What has Trump chosen to do since the 8 months he has been in the White House?

  1. Given ultra-wealthy billionaires and the rich locked-in tax cuts. Thereby, redistributing money from the bottom to the top 1%.
  2. Cut spending in housing, SNAP programs, Medicaid, and other federally-funded programs designed to help the poor and working class.
  3. Remove black landmarks.
  4. Cut spending in the Department of Education.
  5. Sued law firms who have prosecuted him in the past for various felonies, many of which he received convictions.
  6. Cut thousands of federal government jobs, many of which were essential jobs.

I think this list will suffice.

Trump has done enough damage to be brought before Congress on articles of impeachment. Since House Representative Al Green filed articles of impeachment against Donald J. Trump, there has been radio silence That silence has been deafening.

Why a former White House adviser to Donald Trump chose to make a public declaration before the end of the WNBA season while players and owners have not reached an agreement in CBA negotiations is really bad timing. However, this was the first shot taken against the WNBA. It will be interesting to see how the league responds.

Why More Than Ever Caitlin Clark Should Stand Up for Black Women in the WNBA?

Written by Alberta Parish

Aari McDonald, Caitlin Clark
& Natasha Howard

Former White House adviser Sean McLean recently penned a piece in the Wall Street Journal calling for the federal government to protect Caitlin Clark from harassment and a hostile work environment in the WNBA.

McLean claims "the league has fostered a hostile workplace for Ms. Clark through excessive fouling, targeting, and hostile comments from other players and owners.”

Clark has yet to respond to these claims.

This is the time where Clark could stand up for black women in the WNBA. However, based on her previous track record, that will probably never happen. Don't expect Clark to make a public statement regarding the Wall Street Journal article. If she does, that's wonderful!

Clark who has been plagued with injuries this season has missed over half the team's games, and will not be expected to return to the starting lineup until late August.

What many Caitlin Clark fans and supporters are doing by continuing to push the narrative that WNBA players are targeting and harassing Clark is helping to perpetuate a toxic environment for all players and owners. Pushing false narratives around Caitlin Clark and Angel Reese also causes more harm to these players and their teams. The false narratives that Clark's fans continue to spin is also making her look weak.

In the media, Clark's image has taken a beating since before the all-star break. This latest Wall Street Journal article only exacerbates an already rough situation for Clark. After all, many black players in the league including her black teammates who actually likes her are the ones who are taking a beating in the press as well as social media.

Whether Clark cares or not, that's not up for me to decide because I don't know what's in her heart. Despite what I think about Clark as a person, there are black players in the league who genuinely likes her as a person. This doesn't mean they're all best friends.

The false narratives that many Caitlin Clark fans continue to push is really disgusting and ridiculous, as they do not have a front row seat into these players' personal lives. Neither are they privy to these secret meetings behind closed doors.

Caitlin Clark is not a damsel in distress who needs saving. The best thing Clark can do is:

  • Work with a trainer during the offseason to help strengthen her quad and groin muscles.
  • Improve her floaters and mid-range jumpers.
  • Work on lateral movement.
The WNBA has been a cesspool of racism and sexism, and I don't think there's anything the league can do to change it. However, players can make it very uncomfortable for those fans who are out of pocket with their racism and sexism.

The Economic Exploitation of WNBA Players & Wage Earners by the Ultra-Wealthy

Written by Alberta Parish

Today, I took the liberty of purchasing a "Pay Us What You Owe Us" T-shirt in support of myself and my colleagues whom the billionaire tycoons have grossly underpaid. Pay WNBA players what you owe them, and meanwhile, these billionaires need to also pay the rest of America what they owe us.

If these women had to work a regular job like myself and my colleagues, I don't think they'd be able to make it. This generation is a lot different from my generation. A young lady who was hired less than a month ago quit on Monday after being told she wasn't doing her job, and they were watching her on camera not doing her job. Although it was true, she quit!

Unfortunately, wealthy corporations and their rich shareholders have used and exploited much of my generation. WNBA players don't want to be used and exploited for profit just like I don't. The only reason for corporations and individuals having accumulated billions of dollars has less to do with hard work, and more to do with exploitation and greed.

Now, that my entire generation has been economically exploited, and are now at the age where they can't work excessive hours on the job due to battling sickness and other illnesses, another billionaire cutthroat inside the Oval Office have made their lives much more difficult by the signing of the Big "UGLY" Bill.

A lot of people are going to Hell if there is a just and righteous God, which I believe there is.

I purchased the "Pay Us What You Owe Us" T-shirt from Amazon for $15.24, and plan on wearing it at work. I want a member of management to say something to me about my shirt. It'll be the perfect time.

Although many older people are still in the workforce, people in their 50s and 60s shouldn't have to work on anybody's job just to survive unless they absolutely want to do that. People in my age group shouldn't have to be forced to come out of retirement just to survive. This is the sign of a bad economy, and also a sign that these billionaires are not only exploiting the population but are making everything so expensive until people have no choice but to work like slaves until they are literally dead.

My generation was greatly exploited by the ultra-wealthy sociopaths that currently run our government and society. Right now, Generation Z are looking around at this system, and many of them have had it with this bullshit. Many of them had to raise themselves because their Gen X and Y parents were always at work! Many Gen Z are looking at other alternatives to make money. Many of them are opting out of a regular 9 to 5, especially if they have talent.

Generation Y and Z are built different than my generation. Gen X went to work, and were treated like absolute pure trash only earning $5.25 in minimum wages in the early 1990s! They worked the literal shit out of Generation X. I really do believe that some of these people would die before they allow this government to put us back in slavery.

Today, Gen Y and Z are killing people in record numbers, and they don't care about your life if you are trying to harm them in any way.

People in government really need to reevaluate themselves, and reevaluate what it means to truly represent the best interest of their constituents whom they have abandoned during this Trump administration. And believe when I say, there will come a price for the abandonment of the working class citizens.

In addition, unless they're planning on locking up and deporting every single black and brown person in America, that might be the only way they can impose slavery again. Chattel slavery, that is. We are economic slaves, and the price of doing business is not feasible for the working class.

Cloutchasing Caitlin Clark by the New Media

Written by Alberta Parish

Angel Reese giving
Caitlin Clark the ring finger

The first tell-tale sign, blatantly obvious sign that I did not show up to Iowa City on February 15, 2024 to see Caitlin Clark and the Iowa Hawkeyes solely as a member of the press or a journalist was that I never sought press credentials at any given time for that event although a fan later suggested that next time I should apply for press credentials. She believed that I was a journalist in Iowa City on February 15, 2024 to cover Caitlin Clark and the Hawkeyes, and the city. I did write an article on my trip to Iowa City but not as a journalist. Prior to that, people knew of my body of work regarding articles and reviews I'd written about Caitlin Clark and Iowa Hawkeye games. So naturally, they'd assume that I was a member of the press or a journalist. Maybe, that was the reason Caitlin's brother Colin came running up the stairs after the Michigan vs. Iowa game to meet me. It also happened to be the same day Caitlin became the new NCAA all-time leading scorer. But unbeknownst to me around that same time is that many content creators were actually getting huge pay days cloutchasing and grifting off Caitlin Clark and the Iowa Hawkeyes. Many content creators on X, YouTube, Twitch, Instagram, etc. made their living cloutchasing the growing popularity and game of Caitlin Clark around the same time that I began following Clark's career at Iowa. My intentions were simple: learn what I can about the game and the players. So, I started watching NCAA women's hoops because of Caitlin Clark. The grifters and sycophants who had been following the Iowa Hawkeyes had become a staple of Carver-Hawkeye Arena long before my arrival on the 15th of February 2024. I entered the world of women's basketball not really knowing the cloutchasing business, and make no mistake, it is a business. This is how brand new I was to NCAA women's basketball, and the "new media" cloutchasing business surrounding Caitlin Clark, Angel Reese, the NCAAW, and women's sports.

As a former true fan of Caitlin Clark, I never sold my soul to cloutchase Caitlin, nor the NCAA, nor the WNBA. Every post and article written about Clark and the Hawkeyes was genuine to the best of my knowledge at that time.

The cloutchasing business is brutal, and I never started watching women's basketball to cloutchase any one of these players. Her fans truly assumed that I was a journalist in Iowa City to write a story on Caitlin Clark. I did write an article when she became the new NCAA all-leading scorer on the 15th of February 2024 but not to cloutchase, as I've never made a single dime, nickel or penny from cloutchasing Caitlin Clark or the W. I have it on good authority that fans including Caitlin Clark and her team never truly believed that I was a true fan. I think her fans' perceived opinions about me dominated what they truly felt about me in the end. The cloutchasing grifters are always going to tell you everything you want to hear, and stroke your ego. They're going to compromise their principles for the next great hit for social media clout. Even if you thought I was cloutchasing, or in it for a quick money grab since you know I'm a writer, the quickest thing would be is to do a simple background check. If you had done your due diligence, then you would've quickly concluded that I'm not a member of any press or media group. But I am an author, a blogger, and have written several books. Everything from the way that I was treated by the online WBB community (from the cloutchasing grifters to the die-hard fans) explains why so many of you went out of your way to ostracize me, and try and destroy my reputation in that space. I did not enter the WBB space for the sole purpose to cloutchase and grift. But many did enter this space for nefarious reasons, which have nothing to do with being true fans of women's basketball.

Multiple well-known content creators in the women's basketball online community made deals to produce fake and biased narratives surrounding WNBA players as well as the fake Caitlin--Angel beef, which has gotten old as Caitlin's shooting percentages are in a downward spiral, and Angel Reese's game has elevated. Reese seems to be more at the top of her game this season while your favorite superhero Caitlin Clark continues to battle injury after injury, which are questionable.

If you want to accuse me of cloutchasing Caitlin Clark, do your research and report on the facts. Too many of you are so used to producing fake narratives about these players to make a few dollars until you believe everyone's doing the same things you're doing for a pay check. But not everyone has sold their soul to media networks to produce biased and fake content for clickbait, likes, views, and ratings.

I still can start producing biased and false narratives about the W and its players. I'm not above reproach. If I did, it would be a quick money grab like a book on Caitlin Clark's rise to superstardom, or something like that. But stay tuned. You never know what I will do.

The Only Reason Caitlin Clark's Popular Is Because She's White

Written by Alberta Parish

Perhaps, it's time to say the quiet part out loud. Caitlin Clark is not a generational talent. Perhaps, her whiteness isn't enough to make her a generational talent.

Her shooting percentages have been abysmal from the field and three-point range. Her offense is limited, and she is a defensive liability. On top of the alleged injuries, some of her superpowers have seemed to wane. In college, she looked very good against lesser talent. In the WNBA, the Iowa superstar has struggled to meet expectations while Angel Reese has elevated her game and status.

The online abuse and mistreatment suffered by Angel Reese has made her mentally stronger. In the face of consistent online criticism, she has accelerated in her craft, and has gone above expectations. No amount of complaining about the referees Caitlin or her brother Colin Clark has done explains away her atrocious shooting percentages from the field and 3-point range this season. She should feel embarrassed because her game is pure trash, and she can't really deal with the physicality of the league.

All of Caitlin's antics, and all of her fans' antics have caught up with her. Ostracizing me and other people in the online WBB space who don't worship Caitlin Clark has also had a negative impact on her season. The Fever is not going to win a championship with her. I doubt if the Fever ever will. This is not a championship roster, and DeWanna Bonner knew it from the start of the season. Caitlin should not have had DB benched. That was trifling, and it was weak. Caitlin should have added arsenals to her game during the offseason. She's limited in offense, and she is trash on defense.

Caitlin's problem is a spiritual problem, which has bled over into her season with her low shooting percentages, and all of her alleged injuries. For two years, her fans have essentially tormented Angel Reese. Clarkies trashed Angel's game, and her appearance for two straight years. Everything Caitlin's fans have done to hurt Angel, you can see it reflected in what's happening to Caitlin Clark. Clarkies tried to ensure Angel wouldn't be a part of this year's All-Star game, but y'all superhero Caitlin is now coaching the All-Star game from the sidelines. She also didn't want to be further embarrassed in the 3 PT contest. Yet, y'all see her at the All-Star game as a coach. I don't think she really wanted to play in the All-Star game because she's hiding. Her mental health is taking a beating due to her poor performance from 3-point range, and from the field.

The Fever should not allow Caitlin Clark to return to the starting lineup this year. She is not ready for the WNBA.

Caitlin Clark Caught Partying with Her Brother & Boyfriend After Feigning Another Injury to Avoid Competition All-Star Weekend?

Written by Alberta Parish

Aliyah Boston taking the beer
out of Caitlin Clark's hand

I watched the Twitch WNBA All-Star party where Aliyah Boston tried to take the beer out of Caitlin's hand. There are a great deal of things about Caitlin that the public is unaware of, as she is surrounded by enablers, which includes those in her inner circle who obviously protects her and her public image.

On Thursday, Clark wrote a lengthy letter expressing her disappointment in not being able to play in the All-Star game, and take part in the 3-point contest. I'm not surprised that Caitlin's faked another injury to get out of playing in the All-Star game, and avoid the 3-point contest. She's embarrassed. Her shooting percentages have dropped. She has been a turnover machine. She obviously is struggling mentally to cope with a failed season, as it appears the Indiana Fever is a long way from winning a championship. She watches social media, and is self-conscious of her image. In fact, she's overly concerned about her public image. She doesn't want to lose the fans' support. She pretty much lives to receive the support of her fans, and the worship she receives from them is like a drug, which she has come to rely upon. More than anything, her problem this year has been a spiritual problem, which has bled over into her game.

Hopefully, Caitlin Clark can find some help to cope with her emotional problems. All the enablers around her including her boyfriend aren't doing her any favors. Her sycophant and narcissistic fans are also part of the problem, as they have not held Caitlin accountable for anything.

If Caitlin does not play another game this season, I will not feel bad for her because she should have done the work in the offseason to make sure her body was WNBA-ready.

On Thursday, CBA negotiations between the WNBPA and the WNBA failed to reach resolutions and, therefore, players could be facing a lockout by owners in 2026. The WNBA is not guaranteed to survive another year. Hopefully, the season resumes without a hiccup. But if it doesn't, I will still be around. I guess.

The Impact of White Privilege on the Popularity of Caitlin Clark

Written by Alberta Parish

Angel Reese & Caitlin Clark

As an athlete who has benefitted from white privilege, Caitlin Clark currently sits at the top of the pyramid in the world of the WNBA, as she struggles against the physicality of a league dominated by African American women. This season, Caitlin Clark's shooting percentages have been atrocious even as she has recently received an ESPY WNBA Player of the Year award while missing half her games due to injuries. She has failed to live up to her superstar status while another superstar Angel Reese has elevated her status. How I came to know of these two superstars was really a fluke. ESPN featuring highlights of the Iowa vs. LSU game, and White America in conjunction with social media descended upon Angel Reese for giving a white woman the ring finger.

Angel Reese, A'ja Wilson & The Attack on the Black Female Athlete Image by the Mainstream

Written by Alberta Parish

Angel Reese & A'ja Wilson

I knew deep down inside that this day would come, and I dreaded it. I knew the day would come when I was no longer a fan of Caitlin Clark. There's no need for me to go back to the very beginning of when I first began following Clark's career. Instead, let's start at the point when I began condemning Indiana Fever fans (Caitlin Clark fans) for racism, homophobia and misogyny against Angel Reese, A'ja Wilson, and other black WNBA players, and Caitlin's passive attitude towards what she saw clearly happening to her colleagues, and even her own teammates.

The coordinated effort by major networks, and other smaller media groups, many of which pay multiple content creators to produce videos & posts for YouTube and X, daily attacking the integrity, character, professional reputation, and brand of multiple black and lesbian athletes in the WNBA made me look at Caitlin Clark differently for perhaps the first time. The lofty ideals that I once held for Clark has dissipated in the face of online racial onslaughts aimed at me by her fans, attacking my integrity, and even my genuineness as a former fan of Caitlin.

Today, I see her as just another rich person...another person who has become part of the problem. These conservative voices out there that she knows about along with the major social media personalities uses her as a proxy to push agendas denigrating and undervaluing the success of Angel Reese, A'ja Wilson and black women who helped build a league that she's now part of, and whom many of her fans have never respected due to the color of their skin. In June of last year when she finally spoke to reporters, it felt like her response to everything happening around her was a bit too late. It seemed like she didn't really want to give a statement, but was pressed by a black reporter before finally caving. Many of her now conservative fanboys and fangirls, who are not real fans of the W, have kept their vicious attacks at a minimum over the past 20 years until Caitlin Clark entered the W. Some of them are reporters who have covered the W, who have devolved into what they are today.

Caitlin's passiveness in not being more vocal in speaking out against various content creators and networks using her as their mascot is another reminder that people like her can't be trusted.

Something clearly happened at the Chicago Sky/Indiana Fever matchup on May 17, 2025 at Gainbridge Fieldhouse despite the WNBA's investigation into racist fan conduct, which the league later ruled as unsubstantiated.

Since then, I've watched Angel Reese get battered by the press and social media, and also by various content creators, many of which are paid opposition, promoted by the smaller media groups to target Angel Reese and other black female athletes, often accusing the WNBA of targeting Caitlin Clark because she's white. But the athletes I see consistently targeted by her fans and the media is Angel Reese, A'ja Wilson, and DiJonai Carrington. I believe the only reason Kamilla Cardoso isn't being targeted on the same level as Angel Reese right now is because Cardoso starred alongside Caitlin Clark and Kiki Rice in ESPN's documentary, Full Court Press.

While Caitlin Clark's fans cry how the handling of the racist fan conduct investigation by the WNBA is an act of incompetence and racism against Indiana Fever fans and Caitlin Clark, they continuously target the image, reputation, professional character, and integrity of black and lesbian athletes, drawing more negative attention to themselves. Today, Simone Biles is the new target. Who's next?

Clark's silence at the wrong time when she could be aggressively vocal and demand an end of misogynoir against black WNBA players, namely Angel Reese and A'ja Wilson, and not when it's convenient to make her look good in the press is the most concerning part about all of this. While the media has gone on an absolute witch hunt against Angel Reese, Clark's conveniently playing the role of the good girl or the innocent one, consistently playing the victim just like at the post game press conference following the flagrant 1 foul call she received for the take foul on Angel Reese at the first Sky/Fever matchup. But just nine months ago, it was convenient for her to praise black women to TIME magazine? Meanwhile, at a time when her voice and platform could be very influential in stopping the current racist memes, tropes, and AI-altered images of Angel Reese in the real world, she's conveniently silent. Right now, her fans are really bad for the WNBA. As her silence becomes more deafening, her silence also gives them more ammunition to add fuel to an already burning house, which will probably have major consequences in the future. But she's the type of person who would probably see me as the threat. "How dare you?" she'd probably say.

This Golden Goose that I once looked up to and admired is a disappointment. Just another manufactured superstar like LeBron James playing a role even down to her signings of autographs. Nothing she says out of her mouth at a post game press conference or at practice when speaking to reporters can I truly believe, and take at face value.

I saw her at the Indiana Fever/Atlanta Dream game on Tuesday, and looked at her while she was conveniently self-controlled for once during a game. Not all the antics she got away with during the Fever/Sky rematch on June 7th inside the United Center. This rematch was the 3rd highest rated televised game of the season, over 19,000 spectators in attendance. But Clark didn't play.

While Clark has been skipping around at Pacers' games and getting in the faces of referees at Fever games, her team now has a 2-3 record without her. Many people believe Caitlin Clark still could've played basketball, and helped her team win games despite having a minor strain in her quad muscle.

Caitlin Clark is not bigger than the league, and the moment her fans realize she is not, perhaps, they will become real fans of the W.

Indiana Fever Star Aliyah Boston Allegedly Deletes Her Social Media After Suffering Scrutiny and Criticism From Fans

Written by Alberta L. Parish

Aliyah Boston, Indiana Fever Forward

On Monday, it was reported by Athlon Sports that Indiana Fever star Aliyah Boston deleted her social media due to criticism and scrutiny by Indiana Fever fans for the team's 0-3 record. "They're definitely feeling this early attention on them," according to the team when talking about their 0-3 start.

The team's 36 nationally televised games have certainly put the national spotlight on this franchise with the arrival of Caitlin Clark, the no. 1 overall WNBA draft pick in 2024. Although the team has struggled in their first three games, they all fought in Monday night's matchup against Connecticut only falling short by 4 points. Aliyah finished the night with 10 points, 8 rebounds, and 2 assists.

The added move by the WNBA to nationally televise 36 Fever games has brought new eyes to the league, as Clark's popularity has certainly grown women's basketball, and with that came millions of new fans who can enjoy all 12 WNBA teams.

Boston was selected as the no. 1 overall pick in the 2023 WNBA draft, and was named 2023 WNBA Rookie of the Year and AP Rookie of the Year. She also made her first appearance in the 2023 WNBA All-Star game.

The media has not only shone a spotlight on the pressures that athletes often face, but it has also exposed the racial undertones present in sports media reporting.

In the past couple weeks, I can't help but notice there's been a couple of scathing reports on social media regarding the "new" fans whom many in sports media and also the WNBA community refer to as Caitlin Clark/Iowa fans. After visiting Iowa City earlier this year to watch Iowa vs. Michigan at Carver-Hawkeye Arena, I met many Clark/Hawkeye fans who enjoy reading my tweets and blogs. I also met Colin Clark, Caitlin's brother. Iowa fans really love and support women's basketball, and they're very protective of players.

Late Monday, it was brought to my attention by a Caitlin Clark/IowaWBB/Fever fan that there are organized groups who troll the Internet simply to create chaos and dissension, and they seize on every opportunity. He also informed me that his primary work for years was national security. He wrote me saying, "I'm retired now but I know how these anti-western disinformation groups work. They don't attack only the obvious targets. They create chaos and dissension any way they can." He also wrote, "I'm not convinced the perpetrators were actually Iowa fans" when responding to my tweet that I'd posted regarding Aliyah Boston deleting her social media due to scrutiny and criticism received from Clark/Fever fans.

On May 13th, I wrote an article in response to A'ja Wilson's comments made to the Associated Press when she claimed that Caitlin Clark's popularity was due to Clark's race. At that time, Wilson's comments struck me as an indictment against Clark's fanbase, as the Associated Press piece came across to many fans and supporters as an accusation against Clark's fanbase for only supporting the superstar because she's white.

Seeing the writing on the wall a couple weeks ago already alarmed me to the fact that not only some WNBA players and coaches had a problem with Clark/Iowa fans whom they call the "new fans" that are driving fan attendance, ratings, and viewership due to Caitlin Clark, but there is also that element on social media who has been harassing Clark's fans, and painting Clark/Hawkeye fans with a broad brush.

Although many Clark/Iowa Hawkeye fans and supporters have become recent Indiana Fever fans, we're not new to the game of basketball. Many Clark/Iowa fans are also longtime NBA fans. Iowa loves and supports women's basketball. It is Clark/Iowa fans who will be the ones showing up at Indiana Fever games this summer! It is Clark/Iowa fans who will be driving the ratings and viewership. The media making unprovable accusations against Clark/Fever fans while showing on LIVE television on Monday footage of Clark/Iowa/Fever fans wearing #22 Clark "Fever" shirts and jerseys who showed up at a game to enjoy watching their favorite player and team is a huge PR problem for the league. If Caitlin Clark continues bringing new sets of eyes to the WNBA, set record numbers in game attendance, and break previously-held records in television ratings and viewership, then surely WNBA players and coaches can make the effort to bridge the gap between themselves and the "new" fans. Win or lose, Clark/Iowa fans are the most dedicated fans.

If any Clark/Fever fan is truly guilty of online harassment and bullying of Aliyah Boston, then he or she should be condemned for such despicable behavior! However, all Clark/Iowa/Fever fans should not be painted with a broad brush because this Clark/Iowa/Fever fan supports Aliyah Boston.
