Wall Street Journal Article Alleges Caitlin Clark's Civil Rights May Have Been Violated

A former White House adviser who worked for the Trump administration has recently penned a piece in the Wall Street Journal urging an investigation into the possible civil rights' violation of Indiana Fever's star guard Caitlin Clark, alleging that she has been the target of harassment and a hostile work environment through excessive fouling, targeting, and hostile comments from players and owners. The article is a good indicator that not only are black players under attack or threat of federal civil rights' violations probes before Congress, but the grounds gained in CBA negotiations could easily disintegrate leading to an immiment lockout by WNBA owners in the 2026 season. 

At this point, every black American living in the United States knows that we are under a Trump regime who has an agenda to wipe out black history, the Department of Education, Medicaid, and multiple other government-funded programs designed to help the poor no matter the skin color. Much of the federal spending cuts have negatively impacted white Americans at a much higher rate than other groups. Additionally, there is rising inflation in the price of groceries, gas, medicine, and household goods. 

While the Trump administration continues to bully the American people with rising inflation, federal spending cuts and the obliteration of black landmarks, Sean McLean chose to spend his time issuing a referendum to WNBA players (mainly the black players) telling them that you have possibly violated Ms. Clark's civil rights, and the Department of Justice may have enough evidence to hold you liability for creating a hostile work environment for Caitlin Clark. While the country is in a political and social upheaval, McLean chose to spend what little time he has messing with women in the W about an exaggerated hostile work environment for Clark. 

Should Clark ever become politicized by the Trump administration, it will possibly be the last nail driven in the coffin to shut the lid on the WNBA. I don't think the league will survive four years of the Department of Justice raining down hell's fury over exaggerated claims that a white player is being targeted due to her race. And if the league by some chance do survive, and change the rules to allow Caitlin Clark to not be defended on or off the ball, then what is good for the goose is also good for the gander. Furthermore, multiple other players can also claim their civil rights have been violated by false accusations of racism, which led to a hostile work environment as well as online threats from her fans.

What has Trump chosen to do since the 8 months he has been in the White House?

1. Given ultra-wealthy billionaires and the rich locked-in tax cuts. Thereby, redistributing money from the bottom to the top 1%.
2. Cut spending in housing, SNAP programs, Medicaid, and other federally-funded programs designed to help the poor and working class.
3. Remove black landmarks.
4. Cut spending in the Department of Education.
5. Sued law firms who have prosecuted him in the past for various felonies, many of which he received convictions.
6. Cut thousands of federal government jobs, many of which were essential jobs.

I think this list will suffice. 

Trump has done enough damage to be brought before Congress on articles of impeachment. Since House Representative Al Green filed articles of impeachment against Donald J. Trump, there has been radio silence That silence has been deafening. 

Why a former White House adviser to Donald Trump chose to make a public declaration before the end of the WNBA season while players and owners have not reached an agreement in CBA negotiations is really bad timing. However, this was the first shot taken against the WNBA. It will be interesting to see how the league responds.
